Plus, the seating area was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Oberammergau. The balcony with garden view was absolutely delightful. And let's not forget the soundproofing, it made my stay so peaceful. Oh, and the minibar was a nice surprise too!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the minibar. But hey, that's just my taste.

The kids, aged 7 to 16, had a blast exploring the town and the nearby Zugspitze mountain. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the town center and close to the bus stop for our trips to NATO School. The family running the hotel was incredibly sweet and their adorable child and friendly dog made us feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the German-style breakfast provided a variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste. The owner's knowledge of wine and cheese added a gourmet touch to our stay.
My wife says that the bell toll from the nearby church could be quite loud, especially early in the morning.
